We’re already all-in on offseason content for the Buffalo Sabres. Those of you that are Expected Buffalo The Podcast listeners, heard Anthony and I put together a consolidated ranking of the top 20 unrestricted free agents this offseason that best fit the Buffalo Sabres.

To be clear, this is not a list of the top 20 overall free agents. We thought about this in the sense of what the Sabres’ needs are, the likelihood they could sign in Buffalo and our individual opinions of the player.

It was surprising that Anthony and I varied on a lot of these players in the rankings. Below you’ll see our consolidated rankings between our two lists. It’ll also be called out where each of us had that player ranked on our board.

It can also be updated if players are not given qualifying offers by their respective teams, in which they’ll enter the unrestricted free agent market.
